AF Improvements for S-Series

• Improvement of AF-tracking
• Added recognition performance (added head recognition): S1, S1R and S1H (S5 already comes with these improvements)
• AF+MF now available in video shooting: All S-Series models can now use auto-and manual focus parallelly when shooting video
• Improved AF performance in V-Log: We changed the algorithms due to reviewer’s requests for all V-Log models (S1, S1H, S5)*

S5 Performance Enhancements

• C4K video recording was added (4096x2160 Pixel)
• RAW video data output via HDMI is supported: 5.9K/ 4K/ Anamorphic (4:3) 3.5K, 12-bit RAW; Apple ProResRAW can be recorded on the Atomos NINJA V
 • Shooting assist functions have been added ( Vectorscope& Master pedestal adjustment)
• Added L.MonochromeS and L.ClassicNeo Photo Styles

S1R Video performance enhancements

• 5K Video recording (4992x3744 Pixel, 30p/25p/24p, 4.2:0 10-bit, LongGOP, 200 Mbps, LPCM audio)
• 4K 60/50p 4:2:2 10 bit output via HDMI
• 10-bit HDR video recording [Like 2100/HLG]
• The [Luminance Level] function now supports 10-bit recording.
• DMW-XLR1 microphone adaptor supports high resolution audio recording (Dedicated menu added)

Expanded usability for S-Series

• SS/gain operation settings added to S1/S1R/S5
• Red frame video recording indicator added to S1 and S1R
• Monitoring support for vertical video added to S1, S1R and S1H
• 4K video transfer to smartphone is added to S1, S1R and S1H
• When free-angle monitor is rotated, the image can also be flipped (S1H, S5)

Added usability for G-Series

1. G9, GH5 and GH5S battery compatibility expanded to support DMW-BLK22(introduced with DC-S5)
2. G100/G110 Firmware Version 1.1
• Compatibly to LUMIX Webcam Software (Beta)
• When free-angle monitor is rotated, the image can also be flipped
