For your sake
We perform our own tests on most of the digital cameras we sell, both still and video. This we do to find out which products are good and which aren't. We publish these images so that you as a customer also can see what's good and what's not.

We give you more
Cyberphoto is not a testsite but a webstore and our wish is to provide more information than just a price in a list. Since we are a webstore our tests are brief and intended to provide an overall opinion of a camera and to help you decide whether it suits your needs with regards to handling and image quality.

South Pacific
The test images we take are all from our close surroundings for practical reasons. Perhaps not as exciting as the Seyshelles, but we believe that one can tell differences in image quality regardless of if the motif is a palm tree or a dumpster. All images are taken using a tripod (unless of course the camera lacks tripod attachment).

Summer and snow
Tests will be performed in different seasons, under different weather conditions and different times of day. Motifs may also vary slightly. Therefore images will not be completely comparable, nor is this our intention. They are only to provide a basic understanding of what the camera is capable of.

Filming
We have chosen not to publish movie clips due to excessive file sizes. Many of the still images are large enough. To download the largest files a broadband connection is almost a must.

Publication
We hope that our test images and our comments will be helpful in your choice of camera. Within the sales department we discuss each tested camera and the test results before publishing the complete test. As you may have noticed we also publish partial tests while under construction. This is to provide information as fast as possible, even if our comments etc are not finished. Speed is important for us, both in providing information and also in delivering products.
